Sydney – November 2017:  What is just over 21 years old, has had production of over 1.8 million units, has had three owners (Nortel, Aastra, and most recently Mitel) and has been manufactured by one company, GPC Electronics? The answer is the MBSII range of Centrex telephones. These included the M522, M5008, M5208, M5216 and M5316 models.
Sydney – September 2017:   GPC Electronics has recently increased SMT capability and capacity with the purchase of five new high-speed, flexible surface mount placement machines. One line of three units has been installed in our Australian factory while the others were installed in GPC Electronics' New Zealand and China factories.

Sydney – June 2016: In November last year, GPC Electronics reached a milestone with shipment to Technicolor of the 3,000,000th T1000 telephone. This range of Technicolor corded phones is available exclusively from Telstra Australia, largely through its rental telephone program. The T1000 telephone was designed in Australia by Technicolor. GPC has a long history with Technicolor and is proud to continue to manufacture the phone at our Penrith factory.
Shenzhen – April 2016: Certification to the international automotive device standard, ISO/TS 16949:2009, has now been obtained for our manufacturing facility in China. The registration also notes our head office in Penrith Australia as being the approved “remote location.” This latest achievement is part of our ongoing program to obtain certifications to support the diverse industries of our customers.
